I was wondering, theres so many kinds of video cards, i got a 128mb ati radeon 9250..... Whats the difference between like high quality game play and stuff

Answer: Eye candy.

The more video card GPU power you have, the more effects you can enable while still maintaining smooth video rendering quality. I have an NVidia 6800-Ultra on a P4-2.5ghz CPU, and it still runs nice at max quality 4xAA 1280x1024 resolution.
