Default Whats this cord called?

So in the back of my graphics card, there is an open port. My card has the ability for me to hook up my television to it, and have the display on the tv. There is a circular open black port, and I was wondering what the cord that plugs into it is called.

If it's for video and it's small and around, it's guessing is the SVGA hook up, it's a dicated video line (no audio) that some devices use to have better quality (then the 3 color rca (red, yellow, white) jack hookup - not to confuse with Composte 3 rca video only hookup which is much better quality).
