Default Problem connecting to ArenaNET

Hi all,

After downloading the latest update without any problems it tried contacting ArenaNET again but cannot finalise the update. The window just sits there saying 'connecting to ArenaNET' with a status bar at 0%. Now I'm stuck without actually being able to start the game. Any ideas!?!
