Hey guys, strange thing happened to me tonight. All of a sudden I can no longer attack anything. Anytime I call a target, it says that I am following that target......<my character> is following pinesol...<my character> is following white mantle....Even thought they are red and are clearly enemies when i single click on them to attack, my character does nothing.....I tried rebooting and restarting guild wars and nothing..I tried zoning to other areas and still nothing...Any ideas beyond tech support?

Try "C" to traget then hitting the space bar. Instead of mouse click.

Yeah I've tried every keyboard combination....selecting the target, cycling through all the targets and nothing....I really think its broken....

Have you tried going into the setting and setting all setting to default?

Good idea! Unfortunately I tried it and nothing still. I reset the controls and the user interface to the defaults and same old same old...cannot attack anything....I did try to create a new character and he is okay so its only 2 of my 3 characters that cannot attack anything....

I had this problem before and believe it or not it was my keyboard. Most likely one of your keys are stuck.

Stop eating at your desk and you'll avoid these problems

Strange that it works on a new character though.
