FTP troubles...
Ok, well I've set up my own FTP server so I can save/access files I need without having to carry anything around with me. The problem is that I can't seem to access it remotely. I've opened the ports on my firewall for FTP use and actually made my own entry into the router containing all the ports that need to be open (20 & 21 and 1024-5000). I've tried typing in my public ip address and the port into the address bar to get into it. Example: ftp://90.212.144.63:21/ <--not my real ip address for u noobs. I'm kind of stuck. Someone help. What the heck do I type into the address bar to get it to work? If you need to know any other information, ask. God I want this to work.
