Hi, im a bit of a fool when it comes to viruses. I think i may have several on my computer ( i ran ad-aware and it picked up 411 critical things ). It seems to me that when ever i delete a virus it come back a few hours later. SOmetimes i cant delete viruses sometimes i cant find them. I was just wondering because of seen all these complete guides for armor etc. If someone could write an idiot guide to removing viruses starting from what virus programs to get and stuff like that. Step by step i would find it really helpful and im sure others would as well. So people could get rid all types of viruses and know that there system is completely clean from spyware, viruses , trojans and all those other nastys. If anyone could A). Find one or B). make one i would be very grateful.

They might not be viruses, they might be cookies and adware.

Adaware doesn't detect viruses except for trojan horses.
