Default Item Handling = Computer Restart

Most aspects of the game work fine, but when ever I try and move or equip an item in my inventory, the computer just blinks out and restarts. It sometimes happens randomly aswell.
I don't think it's a problem with my power because it wouldnt happen at certain times, like if i try and equip something.

Here is my System Infomation:

Included everything in there 'but' your Graphics/Video card information, what is it?

If you go into;

Start
->
Run
->
dxdiag
->
OK
-> Display

It should tell you.

[EDIT]
Also your Driver Version would be helpful too.
Although this may not be the reason, just a suggestion of information that may be needed.

I bet you have an Intel graphics card, I feel your pain.
If it is an intel, try an older driver.

I had a similar problem when playing WC3. Managed to start up fine, even managed to load WC3 fine soetimes. But when i got into a game it would just power down. The problem? Dust. try taking off the shell and blowing the dust out. I left my computer in the yard with a desktop fan blowing over it for about 2-3 mins. Then use a pasty brush (Yup, from the kitchen) to brush out the sticky dust. Leave the fan going during the brushing and for a couple mins afterwards. See if that helps. It helped my computer no end. No more random shut downs.

I actually had this issue on a laptop I have- look on intels site they recommend an older driver for guildwars.. install it and the problem is gone- only thing is the older driver seemed to mess with the brightness

Brilliant! It's working!
Thanks so much guys, I could kiss you!

I would have posted back sooner to say it worked but I got too drawn into the game.

Thanks again!
