Default Constant Hardware Malfunctions Please Help!

Ok, where to start? Let me start with the problem. I am having constant Hardware Malfunction Detected windows popping up at the log in screen so in other words I cannot even get to character select before it crashes. Secondly I guess I will list my specs, and upgrades for my attempt to play the game.
1. AMD Athlon XP 2800+ (Stock Speeds)
2. PNY Geforce FX 5900SE/XT (drivers tried: 61.77, 66.77, 71.89, 78.01, 79.11, 81.94, 81.98, even modded an .ini and tried 53.33 or something, upgrade)
3. PNY Dual Channel Ram 1GB (512mbx2) <-upgraded thinking I would be able to play
4. 1x120GB Western Digital WD1200JD (less than a year old)
5. FIC (First International Computer) AU31 (K7M-NF18G) *No BIOS options hardly*
6. 400W Norwood Micro (CompUSA) PSU <-upgraded thinking it might help
7. 80MM Antect Cooling Fan (mounted to rear of chassis venting out)
8. 80MM Slot Cooler (exhaust only)

So as you can see I should be able to play GW, I have Played:Halo(max 1024x768), CS:S(max 1024x768 but because of Nvidia only at dx8.1), Half Life 2(same as CS:S), Doom 3(medium no AA), Battlefield 2(medium), Call of Duty 2(max except for shadows), and more... All without any hardware malfunctions or BSODs or Crashes or any of the sort. So anyone ever had this problem? If so I need your help! Anet seems to be unable to they never reply to my e-mails. BTW it played smoothly before release and a little after (before Sorrow's)
