Default Pop up problems

Alright... I have DSL, and when i first got it, everything ran wonderful! I began getting these popups, however, while no programs were running. They all say warning at the top of them. These warnings have made my gaming experience absolutely horrible!!! They automatically minimize the screen while i am playing, and everytime i have to exit out of one of them, the connection seems to get slower... so it will run perfectly after startup, but then after 2-3 hours i can't even play it's so bad!! so i would have to reboot computer and do all over again : /.

People always say that this is spyware/malware and this may be true, but i need something that will get rid of them and keep them away for good!!!

Here's a list (in no particular order) of the current spyware removal systems which i use and none of them get rid of this certain type of pop up pop up:

1)Microsoft Antispyware
2)Ad-Aware SE Personal
3)Spybot search and destroy
4)CCleaner

Get Norton internet security, it’s helped me on my free demo so far and I think ill go out and buy it sometime after it expires. Also, do you update your anti-virus programs and your windows, if you don’t it can make a difference. When I didn’t have Norton antivirus on my computer I put it on and scanned but I found nothing, after I updated it I found like 28 threats. You can download 'Webroot' Pop Up Washer. Its pretty good for blocking popups. You can download it free at http://www.download.com/. I advise to get their Window Washer also. It deletes all of your Internet build up and will erases all of your internet history, this also made an impact on my computers performance.

It's definitely spyware/adware/malware. No doubt about it. Do you have some free software installed that installed any Gain products along with it? Do a CTRL-ALT-DELETE, hit the Processes tab, and check to see if there's anything like Gain.exe or GainXXX.exe (with the XXX being anything) in the list. If you have Gain Adserver or another Gain product installed spyware removal apps might not see it as malware because it's legally installed with some shareware/freeware applications and you actually check a box allowing it to be installed.
