when i close gw it says that my pc is out of memory and that gw must be closed.
when i do this my pc goes on a black screen and does not respond to anything, so a hard reset is the only thing that rests.

also it says sometimes that my driver for the videocard isn't good, but i do have the newest version

does anyone know what i must do ?

here are my pc specifications:
AMD Athlon processor 3200+
speed: 2.01GHZ, 1.00GB.

and i have the NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT videocard.

1.00GB as in, 1GB RAM? ;s

Try rolling back 1 version of your Graphics Driver, not sure. ;S If it changes nothing, then you can just put the latest back on.

Sounds like the Nvidia (driver) crash on exit error.
Upgrade your drivers to: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_81.98.html

If that doesn't solve the problem, I would re-install guildwars and make sure direct x is up to date.

i already tried re-installing gw, but the error still occurs

i must mention that i got this error only lately but it is going on for a week or 2 now.

@Eternal: ty for the link, i was on the nvidia site, but i didn't get much out of it

@ Everyone: i will try the tips, and after that I will post here of it has worked
