Pci or Pci Express?

Put in your old agp card and go in to bios. One of the settings should be asking where to check 1st for the video card. Change it look for video Pci Express 1st, then AGP.

Then take out the old agp card, and put in the pci card.

There are different ways to get in to the bios, depending on which bios you have. Usually there is a key you press at the very 1st part of booting up that, could be Del, could be F1. It will usually tell you on start up.

Once your in, there will be a menu with lots of settings, be very careful, you may have to dig around but don't change anything. Look for a setting that talks about starting video on agp or pci, and just change that.

I hope that helps. If you have your mother board manual, it should tell you how to get in to it.
