Default running 2 clients still possible?

I've been using both my accounts for quite awhile to trade between them with the 2 client method posted on here awhile ago. Did it become impossible after the skill balance update yesterday? I can play the original gw.exe, but not the copy/edited one anymore. When i open the second client, a brand new Gw.exe creates itself in the same folder. This causes it to read the new Gw.exe that appears and not the edited copy. Ive tried to use the hex editor on the new Gw that appears and edited the regristry for it, but no go. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me. BTW, im a computer noob so pls put things into a language a layman like me can understand. Thanks in advance.

You have to just do the same edits you did before, you have to edit your second Gw2.exe or whatever you named it after each update as it creates a new .exe
