My guildie can't get onto GW. He is getting error code 026. Something about a dns fail. Help?

Try reset his modem (turn it of then on/unplug it, plug it back in)?

Might have something to do with his ISP.

I passed that tip along about modem resetting. Not sure why I didn't think of that! LOL.. It's just odd because it worked last night. Maybe his ISP did something on their end and messed things up a bit. Thanks for the reply and here's to hoping it gets resolved soon. I have some elite capping to do!
