Default Can't see guild symbol, help!

Ok, well this is not my problem, but my friends, and doesn't want to make an account in guru. That is why I am posting this.

Anyway, he can't see our guild sybol, it's quite odd as he can see everyone elses, and he can see it on the red and blue backgrounds in pvp, but not with the normal background. He can also see it in screenshots but not in game.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

I thought of that as well, but then why can he see it fine in screenshots? Wouldn't he have problems seeing them in screenshots as well as in game?

not really, in game and screen shots can look completely different just because of whats running it. its like looking at things in real life, and looking at them in a picture if that makes any sense. dont forget that ingame they are moving images, screenshots are solid

A new monitor because he can't see the Guild Symbol on himself but everyone else he can, don't be so ****ing stupid.

Try upgrading his Graphics drivers, what graphics card is he running?
