Just remember that this is a FREE online game. They could charge you a set monthly fee like other games, and spend more on bigger servers, or do what they do which works very well 99% of the time.

I don't see you saying "well done Anet" when it works, but as soon as it goes down you start bitching.

Just sit back & relax it will all be sorted out soon enough.
