Default Accessing Guild Wars

I guess this is kind of 'Technical.'

Is there any way to access Guild Wars from a public computer that you cannot download data to, say in a Library? Maybe saving the game files to a portable storage device and running it from there?

You can download the Guild Wars client of the GW Website and put it on a portable storage device. I think it might even fit on a Floppy.
