Default Error (Program Arnt Starting)

ok i have had this alot, reinstalling does fix it until i want to play again and i cant keep doing it every time i wanna see who's on.

This is the error message i keep getting


if any 1 knows what this is and a way to fix it plz post

Do you mind if I ask, when you are reinstalling, is it from the disc or from the client software that can be downloaded from Anet? If you are reinstalling from the disc, try to download the client and reinstall and see if the error reoccurs. It sounds like you have a bad cdrom drive, but if the problem reoccurs after downloading and then installing, I would start to strongly suspect your hard drive.

ok i download it and reinstalled and worked fine all though i got the same message today if any 1 can help

it sounds kinda like a ram problem to me. the whole read/write wouldnt be occuring much on the hard disc, because GW operates almost completely online.
it seems to me like it is having a problem writing to ram. (this is a opinion of a computer n00b, so dont buy new ram then yell at me--it just sounded like a possibility, and maybe help someone come up with a solution)

maybe if you give us more information about your system (hardware/drivers) some one can find a solution.

well sorry im a computer noob to and i wouldnt know where to find the Driver/hardware infomation
