Default Intel Graphics Card Issues (Yes ,I've checked the stickies)

When I try to make a PvP character or do anything outside of towns my skills look really strange then eventually everything will go all fuzzy followed by a crash. Does anyone know how to fix this in anyway to make GW still look good I tried one program in a sticky and it deleted the ability to see skills recharge... I have a (Yea I know it sucks reeeeeally badly ) Demension 2400 Dell w/ intel embedded extreme graphics. Please don't flame about getting a better computer in the first place . My computer did this before but I fixed it and now I can't seem to get it. Thanks in advance to any help whatsoever.
