Just right click on the gw.exe in your guild wars folder, and add "-image" without the quotes.

Then run Guild Wars and it will decompress.

I got 3 error 7's in 10 mins lol but it hink they were changing something, but i to get a lot of lag going into tombs etc

Answer = I can play Counter Strike Source, or any other online game, fine without lag, with a low latency, also can talk using voice communication software such as Ventrilo, with no lag or delays.

There is one person in the guild im in, who was suffering the same problems exactly when i was screaming on vent 'Im Froze!' This makes me beleve its something to do with Guildwars.

I get no lag what-so-ever in PvE.. So go figure

btw anyone else having huge lag in pvp whenever someone uses a hammer or casts meteor storm, its really weird, other than those 2 occasions no lag at all.

Started lagging about 4 weeks ago (Faction preview) and gets worser every day.

I have nothing running in the background, i did not change my internet-connection ,i have perfect ping, even with egoshooters where ping matters a lot more (except interrupt) and i have high-end equipment.

Game gets more laggy after time. seems like the performance gets worser every minute, until error 7 -> disconnected.

ANet needs to fix this until faction comes out, i will not buy a game i cant play, because i have to restart the game every 15 minutes.

Its definitly GW-related and has nothing to do with client/Internet-connection/Hardware etc. By the way : GW needs an own supportteam, not those stupid "I tell you what my manuel says" - robots from NcSoft. Are those people hired from a callcenter and payed per written mail, no matter what it contains ?
