Question Setting up Screenshots

I know this has been addressed, but search isn't working.

Could someone please walk me through setting up and taking screenshots?
Tell me what website to go to, how to set it up, and after I take them, how to put them into a post.

I would appreciate it,

Don

All you need to do is press that print screen button above the arrow keys section. Should be at the top. After that, it will tell you where it is saved, which should be in the Guild Wars installation directory. To post them up somewhere, you will need to convert the .bmp to .jpg. This can be done with paint, but if you have a better image editor program, then use that. After that, upload the pic through http://imageshack.us

Do I need to set up an account before I can do those? I know nothing about screenshots, except I need to do them to sell my overabundance of stuff.

Thanks guys, but you greatly overestimate my computer skills. I took the screenshots, and I was able to open them in Paint. Now what.
How do I cut and paste them into a list? How do I label them, write on it s1, s2, s3... for swords..etc. Then how do I use imagehost to make a .jpg. Finally, after all of that is done, how do I paste it into a post?

Thank you

I understand there is an edit menu. I was trying to cut and paste 40 different images into one that I could post. The problem is, I have no idea how to do it. That is why I'm asking people to walk me through it.

And then, I understand I need to do something with image host, but have exactly no idea how or what that is.

Again, thank you for your detailed help.

open image in paint..
highlight it with the dashed square (i think)
CTRL+X or CTRL+C (first cuts, second copies)
paste into a new paint document..
repeat as necessary pasting into the new document so u get all the images in one, if the canvas gets too small u can drag it larger in the bottom right corner i believe.
Save As.. .jpg
go to imageshack.us or whatever site ur using
browse to where u saved ur image file, upload it to the site
Then copy paste one of the thumbnail links into ur post and make sure it displays properly (think its the second one on imageshack but i could be wrong)
and ur all done..

Text is the A i think and u can write on it that way or position the pics so that u have a gap underneath them all so that the text isnt covering any of the image..

well, that should get u started at least, i dont think i forgot anything but if i did repost and ill help if i see it

ImageShack should have a tutorial on their site.
