Well i installed Factions.. and i wanted too add the key so i could merge them... well i did and when i log out again and want too creat new charrs theirs nothin so i thought lets try it again then it said my key was alreyd in use... what too do??

P.S. srry if my enlgish is not that good... i'm dutch hope u guys understand

If it says your key is in use, email or phone your providers. They should compensate. Sorry if this isn't the answer your looking for.

Unless you preordered as well, you should not see Factions till tomorrow.

He said he added the key. Same has happened to me, have merged and added key but sergio won't gimme the factions quest.

I've got the same problem. When I go to 'edit' and look at the edit keys, it tells me I have access to 'Guild Wars: Prophecies' but no mention of Factions.

Although it doesn't really help at the moment because we want to be able to go to Cantha and getand a headstart... :P

You can't play Factions until the release which is still 12 hours away. (The only exception to this is if you have a pre-order key which gives you a 1 day head-start).

So just wait for a while and you will be able to play...

Ummm... my factions key!

dammit! I thought that seeing as it arrived before it was out it was the preoder anyway. So apparently those who buy the preorder pack are allowed masks + headstart, and those of us who buy the actual thing enter our code an don't get anything?

There are 2 keys for Factions:
A Head Start Key
A Full Factions Key

think of them as separate:

If you only input the Full Key, you will be able to play the Full Game(Minus the Head Start Event) from April the 28th on, no earlier.

If you only input the Head Start Key, you will be able to play the Head Start version of Factions from April 27th till May the 1st.(with a 10 day grace period to input a Full Key)
Then at any time from April 27th till May the 11th if you input a Full Factions Key, you will be able to play the Full version of Factions.

The Head Start/Beta Pack is separate from the Full/Collectors Pack. Once you input the Full Key, the Head Start/Beta Pack is useless, you can just toss it. Regardless of wheather you input the key or not, after May 11th, the Head Start/Beta Pack becomes useless.
