I installed Gw:Faction and like i put in the key, and when i went to log in the were no 2 new slots

and like theres no travel button to cantha or anythink...i donn what i've done wrong.. can someone help me please.

i dont know about the slot, but u can read how to travel to cantha on guildwars.com, u need to take quest from firstwatch sergio in lions arch.

it might be because the serves arent open untill 8:00. wait till then and see what happens

also you have to complete a quest to get to cantha, talk the the skill trainer in lions arch to start it.

Do you have Ch1?
I'm assuming that you have it.
Did you merge the account?
Or used a new email address to create a new account.
If you have Ch1 you should not have to install Ch2 since it will download all the files to your PC once you connect.

Here is how to get to Cantha

Brought it like 5 mins ago, put on the key, and i have the 2 extra slots. No problems for me. Try the help sites or something.

2 slots are only for pre-orders,

regular users have to buy them for $9.99 as i understandit

Arghh, such nonsense!

The two slots are for merging your Factions account with Prophecies (Chapter 1). Yes, you got the 2 Bonus slots during the Head Start if you pre-ordered, but you definately get 2 slots by merging.

Either the OP did not correctly enter the code, or accidently created a new account instead of merging (which is pretty hard to do, as the key access page warns you like three times exactly what you are doing, and that once you do it, it's permanent).

if you had the pre-order key added, then on the 27th, you would havr gained 2 slots, making 6. when factions came out, and you added it on, you would not have gained any slots, because you had already added on the extra 2.

Did you LINK the accounts, or ADD a Factions account? If you ADDED, you won't be able to go from Tyria to Cantha, you'll have to play the games separately. But you'll have 8 slots: 4 for Prophecies, 4 for Factions.

installing is a new account not just adding a key to the existing one.

the proof would be a playable Factions game with 4 slots.

she didnt say Factions would not play just 4 slots instead of 6
