I don't remember the exact number, but we had an error 13, 14, or 15 (Connection has failed, attempting to reconnect or something like that) to our entire guild before GvG on Thursday night.

At the end of the battle, we had -15 and -14 from the same battle with the guild, and they both registered on our rating. I've been talking with support, they won't change our rating even though we didn't fight two battles.

I'm not sure, but I think I've noticed one of those errors shortly before I disappear from the guild list (I still appear on friends lists, cannot use guild chat/alliance chat until I zone, etc.). In addition, at least about a week ago, I couldn't see our alliance faction or choice of sides after such an error.

My questions are:
Does anyone know what the difference between those errors are?
Has anyone else experienced this?

bummer, probably stems from that routing issue that they are having. As for the not showing in guild chat, but showing in friend list, try clicking on your status, change from online, to offline then back on again, should fix it. Always does for me.

Before a GvG one time we hit a error-15 on everyone, no one got disconnected or anything, just we all saw Connection has failed, attempting to reconnect or something like that error = 15

We decided not to risk disconnecting during game so we all closed gw and restarted it again. Took us about 10 minutes cause some of us were getting error 13s and 40s and couldn't log in fer a bit...

Aside from that nothing else was up
