I think Debilitating Shot is glitched.
Everytime I use it, it costs me 6 energy, not 10. Not that I don't mind it, it's just unfair to everyone else.

er... you using experise.
It reduces the cost of Ranger skills, only Ranger primary class gets in. There is nothing wrong with it. |

The only cause for concern would be if a non-ranger character used debilitating shot for 6 energy
