Default Optimal Teamspeak Server settings?

Just curious as to what server side codecs/settings people have, who use teamspeak? Preferably optimal clarity vs bandwidth, to help out any dialup users so they don't suffer from lag ingame?

Hard to say on dialup but I'm using CELP for Win 5.2kbps (finding it better than CELP 5.1). Mostly depends on kbps sampling per second size...

For best quality use GSM codecs - superb quality (these are GSM transmission codecs, I presume...)

EDIT: Also have slider set at minimal latenacy, process priority at highest.

I use speex 25.9 kbps for my server. And to be frank I still find the sound quality lacking... but it's the best available.

Note that setting lower latency will give you "worse" sound. And latency won't improve "much"... as far as I can tell there's about a 1 second roundtrip latency in this thing.
