the new email you are trying is not valid so you are not receiving the 2nd confirmation email

or have you logged into the new email or just looking for both in the old?

Have the same problem. It SAYS that if you validate via just one email that if after so many days it isn't validated from the other that it will change over, however, after having done so over 30 days ago (only able to validate from one email) it still has not/will not change.

Your particular problem sounds like your "new" email may be filtering out the message. Check your junk/spam folder, or even the trashcan. I know my old email service had a secondary "storage" account for any possible spam/virus-laden emails which I had to access via the web since they never reached my email client.

Edit: Response to below: I am I'm slightly worried that my old service provider gave of my old email to someone new after I moved, so I've been in contact with support. I can't even access my old email.

.
i hope you are validating the new email and not the original one as that will lock in the old one each time

the new one is only activated if the new one is confirmed and the old one is ignored or gets the confirmation
