Default Uncompressed Armor textures

Does anyone know how to display other people's armor textures as sharp as your own, all the time? My armor looks crisp and detailed while every other characters looks semi-dithered and slightly compressed. Obviously, this is to increase performance but is there anyway to show all armors in full detail for PCs that can handle it?

i think this is a developer choiche to run the game at an higher frame-rate, but it's passed one year since Gw was released and now it's time to fix this thing

yes, they need more options in the 'Options' -- More GFX 'tweaking' options, more Sound options, (such as to enable/disable EAX (Environmental Sounds)) and let you tweak DirectSound Latency etc...

Better quality textures for other players in towns or outposts have been suggested billion times for an year and nothing has ever happened. Probably frame rate would dive a lot but shouldn't textures be video card task? Disabling AA and AF won't do a thing to frame rate (X800 XL) so there would be room for more detailed textures. It is not unfair because some just see more details from armors also in towns or outposts. Come one, Anet! Show us it is too much and then we all are quiet about it. Let us try and see if it cripples the frame rate. Nothing to lose.
