Just want peoples opinions before buying this.

Well, I'm about to buy a power Supply unit for my pc. I just want to confirm if this is good. So some questions... Does anyone think I should buy this PSU? Is this PSU good? If not can anyone show me to a better one thats more then 400 watts? And will this last? Thanks in advance, and sorry for being so noobish.
