cause i dont know lol. but i believe that ones form cafe places can - not sure if you are able to d-load GW from one of those but give it a try if you want to

I am sure that brand new core duo with a 256/512mb 7900GTX runs it just fine. I believe the OP was wondering if his older laptop would run guild wars not if your laptop would run it.
