The problem is they need more ppl to do the ping.trace with the tech support, the more ppl the more tickets to ALTER.NET, currently, they still fall under their agreement in meeting what is the bare minimun and will not fix the problems. That is why everyone with this problem needs to do this...talk to the tech, do the troubleshooting, and the ping/trace, then they will have more and more confirmed cases to take to ALTER.NET.
