Prophecies Factions
Well.. I went into HMV and bought the GWP special addition... I install it.. and create an account... And I've had it for over a week... all this time... on the login page... it says at the top GUILD WARS FACTIONS but the actuall game is Guild Wars Prophecies... Is this normal?

Yes it is before Guild Wars: Faction was realsed it said the date it was coming out. After it came out the date was remove and it just hung there. No worries it just there. I personally don't see the point of it hanging there maybe a reminder that they wnat you to get it. But trust me it's nothing but the title to faction nothing more nothing less.

Yes, even though you're playing Prophecies, the login screen will show Factions.

ok phew... at first I thought I got the latest GW lol. Hmm... is there a way I can upgrade to factions while keeping the same GW... because it has a button saying 'Factions Campaign' but I click on it and it's Factions advertising... so I'm thinking there's a way of upgrading.

good news and bad news for you man, if you created an account for factions (you log into factions and GW) your factions account has been activated and you cant merge the two. thats the bad news . the good news is that you can go to nsoft website and use thier pm./email based tech support and get the issue fixed.
thats what i did they fixed it in 24ish hours |

 easy.buy Factions at any time and use the add key to existing account option and avoid the create new account option. add key and you have both. |
