If, for an account, the e-mail and password are both lost, but the cd-key is not, is there any way of finding out what the attatched e-mail address is? And then can just reset password?

I would go through NCSoft support with this issue... Besides, it sounds like you jacked somebody's CD key or something.

My friend gave me his old account (he doesn't play GW anymore). Keep in mind that when resetting the password, the new password is sent through e-mail so you need access to the e-mail address to get the new password. This, my friend will have to send to me once he receives the e-mail msg.

Well, I would go ask him for his e-mail address and password for GW then.

well yes, I'm waiting on that, but hopefully he remembers which e-mail address... i made this post for incase he doesn't cuz he stopped a long time ago. anyway, if there is no way, then oh well, i was just wondering.

if he hasnt uninstalled it yet, get him to logon and check which mail address he is using

ok everything's fine he remembered the e-mail, I reset the password, and he's gonna give me the new password once he receives it. thanks though guys
