OMG noone tole me i had to combine my GW account and the GWF account.. i bought GWF today and just made a new account later to find out that i couldnt do the cool hologram emote or travel from cantha to tyria and vice versa... NOT once did it mention that in the manual.. i've begged and begged to GW support but they havnt replied yet. Do you think they will cut me some slack and delete my factions account and let me combine them, or at least let me trade acces keys so then i can make another account?

If you think i should be able to get combine my accounts, or get a new account help me out send them emails with my reguards or lets make a petition..

[email protected] and [email protected](the same person those are his Gw acount and GWF acount emails) should be able to get a new account so he can combine the two campains, phrofacies and factions together... Oh and i didn't know that i would not be able to go back to tyria on my factiosn ppl if i didn't combine them,, it never told me that in manual or anywhere... i had to go look for it on yahoo... after i had already made the new account.

I thought it was kinda obvious that you have to add the new access key to old account to have both chapters in one :P I don't have the manuals and stuff here at work so I can't check what it said about it, but...

Suppose it's a human error in one end or another, just keep tossing the support email :P

I believe they should cut you some slack because imo they didn't make it quite clear enough the you had to add an access key to your current account i knew about it becasue i read up on it before hand.

im sure your not the only one who has done this.

All people should learn to read so these problems wouldn't exist. That was rude but I don't know any other way to tell it. You wanted my opinion.

The problem probably has been solved but in the future you will know what to do. Do not make separated account again if you buy Chapter 3

yay, after 5 emails of pure begging and pleading, they are giving me a new access key for factions so i can add it to Gw

i knew that to get both the campains you had to add but i didnt know that if i didnt add i wouldnt be able to go to tyria or do the cool emote.
