Default windowed mode 'problem'

well it's not much of a "problem", it's just rather annoying. most of the time when i am playing GW, i switch between windowed mode and fullscreen mode. i usually use fullscreen if i'm doing a mission or something, and i use windowed mode when im just dinking around, sitting in town trading - this allows me to browse the forums while trying to sell that silly green item

now to the problem- recently when i exit fullscreen and go into windowed mode, everything becomes fairly blurry and fuzzy. now, i've noticed a way to fix this, is to just barely resize the window - for some reason, doing so makes GW crystal clear again like usual.
so i'm wondering, i didn't always have this issue, it just came up maybe a week ago or so. has anyone else experienced this and knows of a fix? or anything that i might be able to try to do to fix it?

thanks

Is your windows and game screen resolution, refresh rate the same?

well, not too sure if that would make much of a difference because the problem only occurs when i go into windowed mode, so the resolutions would have to be different for that. and when i do go into window mode, i can't change the refresh rate of GW, it locks itself (greys out into default).

but i did change the fullscreen settings to match my desktop settings, didn't fix it though.
