Default What should I do?

Ok, I got GW a while back and I had been waiting 2-15 minutes to load between areas. I didn't think anything of it til I went to a freind's house and played and it took mere seconds to load. From what people have told me, its my video card that is the reason for my slow loads. It may or may not be that, since I've got a Dell Xp back from 2000, and it has loads of spyware and the default video card. So if anyone could help me out and tell me what they think it is, it would be greatly appreciated. Oh and if its the video card could I get one that is around $20-$40 that would be good?
