Question 2 problems seeing screenshots with hud and selecting text

I got 2 problems

Problem 1: My interface disappears when taking screenshots, and I don't want that, I want to take screenshots with all the text on it (And no, I'm not holding down the shift button). It's been doing this everytime I make a screenshot recently, and it's quite annoying, would you know of a way to turn this feature off? I've searched all over the options, google, and on this site, but I can't find an answer.

I also send this problem to the helpdesk and this is what they replied: "There are only two options in the game to create a screenshot, pressing the print screen key or pressing shift+print screen. Print screen alone should give you the screenshot including the UI. There is no option to change this behavior in-game. You can only change the key to take a screenshot."

Problem 2: Everytime I type something and use the arrows to go left or right through the text to edit them it's like I'm holding down the Shift button, for instance when I'm typing a sentence and I press left I'm not only going through the text, but I'm selecting it as I go through it. It's really annoying because I can't edit a single word, I have to retype my entire sentence, and it's only in-game, I don't have it here.

Sounds like a weird issue with your Shift key. Have you tried different keyboards?

Yeah that's what I was thinking, thanks for the advice, I'll try a different keyboard out.

If that doesnt work, use a 3rd party app to grab the screen like a paint package or such.

well for the screen shot, they are right. Just hit "print screen" on your keyboard and then make a new bitmap file, and paste into it. the picture will go there, as if you copied and pasted it. You can probably do the same into something like Adobe Photoshop for better quality.

as for the shift key deal, I'd say try using the shift key while pressing left and see what happens rofl. Maybe it'll do what it's supposed to do? Otherwise, I'm not sure. You could try to reinstall/update your keyboard drivers if it needs them.

When I print screen and paste it into Paint/Photoshop/whatever, I get it with the layout, yes, that could be a solution thanks, but it's too much work, because I make so many screenshots and usually I play right through after making a screenshot.

When I press Shift and press left or right it still acts the same as if I were not holding it down.
