Vizunah Square Local Not Accessible By Tyrians?
I know that my Canthan character was able to enter Foreign Quarters, but earlier today me and my friends went to go to Local Quarters with our Tyrians and there was a gate blocking our entrance... I thought Anet removed all of these barriers so Tyrians could access them..

If I remember correctly (don't quote me), you have to go with a group doing the "Mayhem in the Marketplace" quest in order to get there.
I've not tried, and I've not made a Canthan character, but I believe I read that somewhere on wiki. |
