Password Reset Issues with "Game Of The Year Edition"
Password Issues with GW "Game Of The Year Edition" (Canada)
I have also had problems the last few days with "passwd reset". I didn't have any problems a few months ago resetting my password on my older GW edition I purchased, which I had purchased a year ago. This is obviously a technical issue. Now, I just recently purchased Guild Wars "Game Of The Year Edition" (in Canada)and now I can't reset my password for the new account I have. anyone know why ? -tech response from GW is sloooow as usual with the same automated blah, blah blah. Its absolutely and criminally riduculous for anyone to have to provide any purchase receipts for GW especially if they bought it over a year ago. They know darn well it was purchased CD key <-> database in whatever store you have bought it in. just buy another one ?! is that it ? - phishawww to that idea. how about a refund instead for something they couldn't fix. |
