sorry for taking so long to post back.. i have a sweet story for ya though

After installing the water cooling kit (witch is corsair cool kit btw) and running it for a bit. i discoverd i had a small leak (blue screen of death/water all over the place)

I managed to stay calm (Freaked out) and turn off the pc. I investegated the problem with my upmost attention ( half asleep) and found that corsair had sent me a faulty (broke di#k) water block.

It was then i decided to call it a night (said Fu#k this)...

so i bought a new cpu block from danger den and im now back in buisness. this block kicks ass.

Now i will try to respond to the previous posters as best as i can.

My pc specs are as follows:

Amd athlon x2 4200
2 gb corsair xms pro ram
2 geforce 6800 gt
Western digital 120 gig hard drive.

as for the sounding like a fountain thing.. i take that back.. it sounds like a sorta poping and clanking every now and again.. that strongly resembles the sound of gurgling water. and its coming from the pump

Now i will go over my install process..

I installed the system with the radiator in the top most of the loop and the pump at the bottom most of the loop.

and i did not secure the pump down untill very last so i could let the air escape the pump. and i made sure the resivior to pump hose had zero air in it... but i could not get all the air outa the rest of the loop.

Now a new problem has arrived even after the old problem was fixed. the hoses dont feel like im getting much presure through them.. i mean they are flowing water just fine but it feels like the pump has gotten weaker.

man that danger den block kicks butt.

And the problem sounded like air in the line to me too. And with the problem being a cracked blobk, that is exactly what was happening. That is why they tell you to do a test before installing it. :P

I neverused WC myself, but have for a few clients (for noise reduction purposes, not OC). Luckily, I have never had hardware failure happen yet in one of those (fingers crossed).

And if somebody thinks WC is extreme, check out the "Cooking Oil Cooled Computer". When I first read this, I about flipped my lid.

pump shouldnt really make that much noise, mine makes a little buzzing noise if you put your ear to it otherwise it is inaudible.
most likely have air in the system leave it running for a while with the top left off of the reservoir so all the air can escape.
My systems have always managed to flush the air out within 10 - 20 minutes as a rough guideline.
