Default Changing Passwords -- How?

I asked this same question on gwonline.net, but only got 11 hits and 0 responses in the two days I posted it, so I'll try here.

Anyway, how do I go about changing my Guild Wars password? If you go through the mechanisms in the game, it leads you to the ncsoft web page. I've created an account, but then it wants to verify my email before I can add any games. It sends me an email, but there is no verification number attached to the email. This is what it says :

Your PlayNC email verification code is:

No number, nothing. After messing with this for about an hour, I decided to give up. Why is it so difficult and such a prorcess just to change my password? Besides, I don't think I like the idea of changing my password by having to add all my personal information, including game serial numbers, in a web page. What am I doing wrong here?

Load up GW, click "Reset Password" this will then (after verifying your email address) allow you to change it..

When I select "reset password" from the login screen, it asks for my account, which I enter. From there, it just tells me to go to the ncsoft webpage which takes me to my original problem.

In order to get it to work, all I did was modify my email address so that it had capital letters [email protected] instead of [email protected]. It sent me a verification email and this time it actually had the verification number.
