Password Issue
Several days ago I went to log in on GW. For some reason it wouldn't accept my password. Thinking I had forgotten the correct password I used the Reset Password function, waited for my email...it never came. 24 hours later I went to GW Support followed the procedures listed & waited for another email. Recieved 2 emails stating that my problem had been re-directed to the proper department. So it's been 3 days now, no help.
I am pretty sure no one here can help me with the problem however I know the GW people do read the forum from time to time. Hopefully one of them will come along & read this & help me. The kicker is... I had just bought Factions as well. However since I wish to combine the accounts I cant play Factions until I get GW running. Needless to say it is very frustrating. |
