Default GW freeze up

I've been playing GW prophecies for a week now, and my roommate started to play GW Factions. We never had a connector problem until yesterday, when my roommate told me that his GW keeps kicking him/freezing. Today I had the same issue, whether in town, or on a mission, GW would just freeze and i have to disconnect.

We use a Netgear MR814v2 (i checked the sticky, the problem is not listed there), with 3 computers connected to it and one via wireless. My roommate thinks that it's the ip issue. Because we both connect to the same router, so GW might recognize our computers as one single IP and kicks us. I don't think that's the issue. It could also be our ISP, but we pay for premium service with 15mbps downstream, so it's not possible either.

What should I do? Should I contact customer support? Or is there something i could try to fix this. Thanks a lot in advance.

I'm having the same problem basically, I log on and then it disconnects me five minutes later! and each time I log on its the same problem, I aslo use a router but i checked all the possible problems and their all fine. And I played for like 10 hours yesterday and I didn't have any connection or disconnection problems, It must be the GW server cause I've asked Other People online and they said they were also having bad connection problems and getting error 007's.

To my understanding it seems arena net is updating the game so it should work by tomarrow, we can only hope!

I also tried port forwarding to 6112, and it still freezes up. When i log in, it seems like there are many people connected. I wonder if it's really a server issue or just me...
