Default Graphics Disoloration

Recently, I have had graphics discoloration where some areas on all pictures, vidoes, websites (including GWGuru), as well as games, especially Guild Wars have been experiencing purple and yellow discoloration as show in the pricture below. You can see a good example of what I am talking about on the monk's skin and some of his armor, as well as the paragon's armor. This problem also occurs on terrain. And yes, I have tried running the game on the lowest possible graphics settings and it doesn't help at all. I have a Radeon X300 Video Card and 512 MB of RAM. This problem has come up before, but it somehow fixed itself over time. If anyone knows how to fix this problem or has any helpful suggestions please help me out by leaving a post here. Thanks in advance.

P.S. If the problem is not my graphics card or RAM, and is actually my LCD monitor please tell me, although I am almost positive it is not.

I posted above that if the problem was my monitor to inform me, which your post above does. Since, you did not see any discoloration you helped me figure out that the problem was my monitor and not my graphics card. If it was my graphics card, then everyone else would also be able to see the discoloration. Thanks for the help.
