Exclamation Little white bars

Just recently I am getting little white bars on random areas of my screen. It happens before I log in and after I log in. It happens when I am in a town selling or just bs ing.. If i minimize the game and bring it back that helps to clear out the white bars.. But as soon as I go out of a town or outpost to an exploreable area they come back .

It doesn't affect the game play it's just annoying..

I have tried the lastest drivers from Nvidia but that didnt solve my issue..
I am running an EVGA 6600 Card ...

Please respond with serious answers I don't want this post to be a battle between which card is better..

Thanks in advance

Can you take a screenie by any chance? I haven't had such a problem, but that doesn't mean someone else hasn't If you post a screenshot, someone might be able to recognize it and tell you how they fixed the problem.

Default Will do

I will post a screen shot in the next few days. It's odd to because I can go into the settings and hit auto detect on the graphics tab and it fixes the problem but as soon as I start going from town to town or playing they come back..

But anyway I will post a screen shot ASAP

Probably artifacts caused by your video memory overheating. When you minimize, the card isn't rendering 3D, thus it cools off some, but when you bring it back up it goes back into 3D mode and raises temps as well.
