Exclamation CD-Key Problem (Admin's Help Me Please!)

ok, so i buy GW at Wal-Mart yesterday, and i go to install it today and scratch off the CD-Key i need to use, well turns out the lettering is crappy as anything and i cant make it out, i have a picture to show but wont post it here, so if a Admin wants to help me i'll send him it, but yea i've tried EVERYTHING i could think of to try and get this key to work, but nuthing. i went thru like 3 new account names on PlayNC to make this work, and even e-mailed them yesterday about it, but still no reply, so im asking here, in hopes of better results. please, if i could get Any Help, i really would appreciate it, i want to play this game really bad, mainly because my friend has it and i wanted to be able to play with him (tonight hopefully), and thanks in advance for any assistance!

If you go through plaync support; they may end up asking you to ship your whole game box to them and after looking at it they may issue you a new key or you could try returning it but I doubt they'd let you. Just having a couple different people try to guess what the letters and numbers are is a bit of a shot in the dark.

Sorry but we cannot help in anyway with anything account related, your only hope is to contact support which you have done, or return the game to the place where you bought it.
