Yeah, man.

Sorry but it sounds like you were hacked.

The bright side is that your account wasn't sold to a chinese farmer. Sorry for the loss, :/

Did you ask any of your friends and/or guild mates if they had seen you on at all? Someone I know just recently got hacked as well, I hope Anet has a plan for this.

Do remember to do ther following on your com!

1. Run a packet sniffer in the background (to see if anything is sending data out without your knowledge)
2. Keyboard hook (to check for keylogging)

Cheer up, n secure up my friend

A hacker would have taken everything of value...you positive no one else used the account?

Well I had a Victos maul just vanish one night , and I was like did I sell as merchant food ? But upon logging in the next day it was there . Now I did hear of a guildy that had all them present boxes from the Xmas party . He waited to open them like a month ago and they exploded with none of the contents comming out. POOF!!!!!! Sounds like a haxors but like said wouldn't they take all instead of just taking equipt weps sounds like a bug.

Sounds like you misplaced your items, or someone with your password came on and borrowed some of your stuff. Or in the worst case it could be a hacker. But if it was one it doesn't make sense that they don't keep your account or all your items. And it obviously wasn't someone that you had a fight with because they didnt change your password or delete characters. So that narrows it down, ask people you know if they logged on your account and see if any of them knows what happened.

This sounds more like a prank by some friends than a hack or a bug. It happens. Best approach is not to share passwords with ANYONE, and use one that is random and irregular, like 06uruGWG for example. Easy to remember and no one would ever guess.

I would change the password immediately - a friend will own up and return the stuff if that's the case and if it isn't you may keep it from happening again. Also get rid of ALL third party programs you might have downloaded for this game. None of them are worth the risk of losing your stuff. You may have a keylogger working behind your back somewhere.

Also, switch the email address you use to a new one. Not one you use at places like GW Guru or keeping in contact with other people in GW. If they know what email address you use to log in to GW, they know half the login info. If you use an email address no one knows about, no one would even know what username(the email address) to log in with. Use an address no one knows about, not even people you know.

Also, I'm not sure how to host teamspeak. But if it's possible to host one on your computer, having people connect using your IP number, I wouldn't do it. In the game all people see is your character's name. But if you give out your IP number, one you're using at that moment, well...
