Curse

There is a certian area in the Large Map that when I open it, my green cursor is stuck in the center, and the arrow points in the direction i'm moving it, but doesn't follow or reveal. It just sits in the center area of the map, two characters two different places, two different expansions, two different computres, and re-installed once. No real help yet from NC, anyone have any ideas.

These are either underground area's or unmappable if you look at your mini map with the U key you should see a map but on the main map you won't see anything as these area's do not count towards exploration titles.

The Undercity in Factions? The area of Sunspear Academy on the main continent of Nightfall? These areas on my map open for other characters, its just the problem for certian characters, and I don't understand how this happens to them?

Both The Undercity and Sunspear Santuary are underground maps. These maps will refog each time they are entered.
The change to The Undercity was made just prior to Nightfall, and Sunspear Sanctuary has been that way since Nightfalls release.
Please post again if you get this problem on any map that doesn't make sense to be underground.
