Depends on where you are at.
It think it's more lag, not due to your computer but the amount of players flooding nigthfall. Some zones are very bad, other's are lag free for me. You may want to defrag your hard drive, it can cause lag but my hunch is anets server's being swamped. My System Nvidia 7600 2giga byte RAM 3400+ AMD |

My GW use to run almost perfect, but after NF it is all laggy. A-net servers seems to have run out of juice.
