Default Err 045 / Permanently banned?

I was doing a quest in Vabbi and suddenly Err045 appeared with the message that my account was permanently banned cause I was using a third program and breaking the EULA rules?

I was running in the background only:
BSPlayer
Vent Voiceserver
Wordpad
Firefox (with guildwarsguru)

It seems that some of my friends got the same error too.
Anyone has experienced this?

Anet. Please, check your resources again and unban my account please.

Best to do is send their support a ticket. It might take a while but the chnaces of unban will increase dramatically.

Follow the link, register, and select the Ask a Question tab.
You cannot send any email in, their support department works like that.

Go to support. I'm assuming you're on EU servers.

http://uk.guildwars.com/support/

Click on the language options, and then on the next page, click on the "Ask a Question" option. Fill out the form, and submit. This will send an email to support.

Maybe you guys shouldn't swear and use racist comments in a town packed full with a GM hiding in it?

In all honesty it may be one of those programs (like BSPlayer)...but not firefox.... if it was firefox then I'm royally screwed.

I was doing a quest with 3 heroes and 4 NPCs, so I was not even in a town!

We can't help you with this problem any further than we already have, as it isn't a technical issue as much as it is a decision for ArenaNet to make. Submit a support ticket and hope for the best.
