What graphics card are you using? What does the error message say if you're getting one?

Im pretty sure they have been updated, its just that, even if they were and i knew it for sure, why would it work everywhere else, but NOT joko's domain?

Well, there have been problems like this on other computers that were running the intel graphics chip and they wouldn't load yatendi(sp?) canyons or other places. But that is because they aren't even supposed to work with guild wars. I can't see how your graphics card would be having problems running GW. I can give you a link to a post that helped people with the the intel graphics chip get around through some of those places but I'm not sure if it will help you or not. And if it does you can use it until someone else can find a better solution for you.

(should be the 6th post)
Again, if this works its only a temporary solution until someone else who knows more can help you.

It's not the card, it's some kind of file corruption with his GW client probably. Perhaps try reinstalling GW.
